3. Selling Game Assets
As a seller, you may list your game assets for sale on the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that the assets you list do not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. You grant the Website a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and sell your assets to buyers.
4. Buying Game Assets and Refunds
Buyers may purchase game assets listed on the Website. If a buyer purchases two or more of the same asset by selecting a higher quantity, it is considered their responsibility.
The site does not offer refunds due to the nature of digital products. Once a product/asset has been purchased we will not offer any refunds for that asset.
5. Payment and Fees
The Website charges 5% of the transaction when buying from the site, which will be clearly communicated to both buyers and sellers. Payments will be processed through
our secure payment gateway. Sellers will receive payment minus any applicable fees once the transaction is complete.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, and code, is the property of the Website or its content creators. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited and may get you banned from using the website.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate, including but not limited to:
Posting content that infringes on the rights of others.
Engaging in fraudulent activities.
Using the Website to distribute malware or other harmful software.
